About the Role
You will lead AI agent builds and complex enterprise deployments from strategy through launch and adoption. You will create scalable playbooks, processes, standards, tooling, and automation; work with customers on their workflows and goals; and coordinate cross-functional delivery to achieve measurable outcomes.
Requirements
- 4+ years in customer-facing technical roles, consulting, finance, product management, or project management
- Experience leading complex software or AI deployments with measurable results
- Technical fluency with SaaS platforms, integrations, and APIs
- Experience building scalable processes or playbooks
- Ability to communicate with executives and operators
Responsibilities
- Lead AI agent builds from inception through adoption and business outcomes
- Design agent development strategies for customer goals and technical environments
- Improve build speed, quality, and consistency through systems, tooling, and automation
- Develop scalable frameworks, processes, standards, and playbooks
- Partner with customers to understand workflows and goals
- Coordinate with Sales, Product, and Engineering on agent builds
- Guide complex rollouts, align stakeholders, and deliver measurable impact
