About the Role
You will lead and develop Integration Managers while overseeing end-to-end merchant onboarding and API implementation projects. You will advise merchants on solution design, resolve complex integration issues, manage risks and priorities, maintain documentation, and improve processes, metrics, and merchant satisfaction across cross-functional stakeholders.

- 7+ years of experience in technical project management, solutions engineering, or integration management, ideally in fintech or payments

Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Integration Managers
- Oversee merchant onboarding and integration projects
- Serve as an escalation point for complex integration issues
- Standardize and improve integration processes, playbooks, and documentation
- Own team metrics and KPIs
- Plan resources, distribute workloads, and prioritize integration projects
- Lead strategic merchant integration initiatives
- Lead end-to-end onboarding and API implementation efforts
- Translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve integration blockers
- Maintain expertise in payment APIs and platform capabilities
- Relay merchant feedback to Product and advocate scalable solutions
- Plan and lead recurring integration meetings
- Identify, communicate, and mitigate project risks, delays, and technical gaps
- Advise merchants on scalable integration solution design
- Maintain project documentation in internal systems and tools
