About the Role

Lead strategic VIP client relationships across Northeast Asia, manage complex high-value portfolios, identify client needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis, design client service frameworks, influence commercial decisions, mentor junior relationship managers, drive VIP acquisition, and lead portfolio performance reviews.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in private banking, institutional sales, or VIP client management within international financial services.
Experience managing complex, high-value portfolios.
Demonstrated senior-level client relationship management experience.
Experience designing or improving client service processes.
Prior exposure to crypto exchanges or trading platforms is strongly preferred.
Strong strategic thinking and commercial judgment.
Ability to operate with high autonomy and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

Lead relationships with strategic VIP clients in Northeast Asia.
Identify client needs through qualitative and quantitative analysis and produce client intelligence reports.
Design and own client service frameworks, including tiering logic, escalation protocols, and service-level standards.
Partner with marketing, product, and operations teams to influence go-to-market decisions.
Mentor and support junior relationship managers.
Drive new VIP acquisition through partnerships, events, and networking.
Own accurate portfolio data and lead weekly performance reviews.
Flag risks and recommend strategic adjustments.
