About the Role
Manage digital talent across multiple verticals, develop brand partnerships, guide emerging influencers, and coordinate deals, contracts, payments, and deliverables using Salesforce.
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of talent management and talent representation experience.
- Experience working with a six to seven-figure talent roster.
- Strong experience pitching, negotiating brand deals, and managing high-value campaigns.
- Ability to work with multiple departments to achieve client goals.
- Collaborative team-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Recruit, represent, and manage a roster of digital talent across fashion, wellness, beauty, fitness, and family.
- Identify, negotiate, and execute brand partnerships and campaigns.
- Proactively pitch clients for internal and external opportunities.
- Track trends, metrics, brand expectations, and the creator economy landscape.
- Build relationships with brands, agencies, and partners.
- Discover and onboard emerging influencers and guide their careers.
- Collaborate with business development and operations teams.
- Manage deals in Salesforce, including pipeline tracking and forecasting.
- Follow up on payments, contracts, and deliverables.
