About the Role
You will lead customer technical programs from engagement through delivery. You will manage execution plans, schedules, budgets, risks, and dependencies; align customer needs with software roadmaps; develop technical plans and proposals; and prepare executive communications for internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Aerospace Engineering, or a related technical discipline
- 5+ years of technical program management experience in a fast-paced technology organization
- Experience leading complex cross-functional technical programs involving software, systems, and external stakeholders
- Experience developing project plans, roadmaps, schedules, and risk mitigation strategies
- Knowledge of software development lifecycles, release planning, and technical product roadmaps
- Experience with customer-facing programs, proposals, statements of work, or technical business development
- Executive-level written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work across engineering, product, business development, finance, and operations
- Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally
Responsibilities
- Lead technical program management for Hivemind customer programs
- Develop technical execution plans, milestones, criteria, and success metrics
- Manage program cost, schedule, scope, risk, dependencies, and resources
- Track customer spending against contractual budgets and commitments
- Align customer needs with product and engineering priorities
- Support release planning, roadmap development, prioritization, and resource allocation
- Review ROM estimates, statements of work, proposals, bids, and customer engagements
- Develop pricing recommendations, technical decompositions, project plans, and execution strategies
- Develop executive briefings, summaries, and decision materials
- Support strategic initiatives and international expansion efforts
