About the Role
You will lead safety and security programs across teams, maintain roadmaps and risk registers, define measurable exit criteria, and track metrics. You will run meetings and executive check-ins, communicate program status, coordinate other program managers, manage cross-functional trade-offs, and incorporate industry incidents and research into program planning.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in a relevant domain
- Experience leading company-wide technical programs
- Security program experience
- Background in agent or infrastructure security, ML classifiers and monitoring, evaluations, inference infrastructure, sensitive-data protection, or customer security controls
- Experience working with ML research teams
- Knowledge of model training and evaluation
- Executive communication skills
- Experience using AI tools for tracking, reporting, and follow-up
Responsibilities
- Maintain and extend the program roadmap
- Define measurable phase exit criteria
- Maintain metrics and dashboards
- Run lead meetings, working groups, design reviews, and executive check-ins
- Record decisions and follow up on open issues
- Lead executive, contributor, and company-wide communications
- Maintain the risk register
- Coordinate other program managers and engineering managers
- Manage cross-functional trade-offs and staffing tasks
- Track relevant industry incidents, capabilities, and research
