About the Role

You will lead logistics and sustainment planning across UAS design, production, deployment, and field support. You will develop support products, manage maintenance and supply-support analysis, coordinate parts availability, contribute to proposals, and ensure compliance with defense and export-control requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in logistics, engineering, supply chain, aviation maintenance, business, or a related field, or equivalent military or defense logistics experience
  • 8+ years of UAS or fighter aircraft logistics and sustainment experience
  • Maintenance Task Analysis experience
  • Logistics Control Number expertise
  • Reliability and Maintainability knowledge, including LORA development
  • Supply support experience, including spares planning, provisioning, inventory management, and repairables management
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings, bills of material, configuration data, and technical documentation
  • Cross-functional logistics experience
  • Analytical, communication, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead UAS logistics and sustainment planning
  • Develop integrated logistics support products and sustainment documentation
  • Perform Maintenance Task Analysis
  • Maintain Logistics Control Number structures
  • Support reliability, maintainability, and Level of Repair Analysis activities
  • Lead spares planning, provisioning, inventory planning, and obsolescence management
  • Coordinate logistics resources with suppliers, depots, and repair vendors
  • Develop proposal inputs, staffing plans, sustainment strategies, and cost estimates
  • Ensure compliance with defense standards, contracts, and export controls
