About the Role
You will lead and develop project planners, manage escalations involving material shortages, and coordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics stakeholders. You will improve planning processes and KPIs, assess supply risks across projects, and present performance, risks, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- At least 8 years of experience in supply chain, project planning, or material management
- At least 3 years of leadership or people-management experience
- Experience leading process-improvement initiatives and improving program execution
- Experience influencing and negotiating with cross-functional stakeholders
- Experience managing supply risks across large-scale capital-intensive projects
- Advanced presentation and communication skills
- Knowledge of material planning, inventory management, and end-to-end supply chain processes
- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, charts, modeling, macros, and VBA
- Proficiency with SAP and supply chain management or ERP tools
- Valid driver's license
- Personal credit card for business travel expenses during onboarding if needed
Responsibilities
- Lead, guide, and develop Project Planners
- Lead escalations for complex material shortages
- Coordinate with procurement, engineering, and logistics stakeholders to meet site needs
- Improve project tracking tools and KPIs
- Present project performance, anticipated shortfalls, and mitigation strategies to executive stakeholders
- Identify, assess, and manage supply risks across concurrent projects
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to align material strategies and resolve bottlenecks
- Implement scalable processes that improve program execution, standardization, and supply chain efficiency
