About the Role
You will support business development by preparing, reviewing, negotiating, and executing customer agreements. You will administer complex government contracts, manage subcontractors, identify contractual and regulatory risks, protect technical-data rights, and maintain compliant contract documentation and reporting.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Contracts Management, or a related field
- 8+ years of contract management experience
- Experience administering CPAF, CPFF, FFP, and T&M government contracts
- Knowledge of FAR, DFARS, OTAs, ITAR, and government procurement processes
- Experience negotiating complex terms and conditions and managing government contracts
- Communication, organization, and attention-to-detail skills
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, negotiate, and execute customer contracts and related agreements
- Administer complex government contracts and manage modifications
- Serve as the primary contact for contractual matters
- Draft and negotiate subcontract and supplier agreement terms
- Identify contractual and regulatory risks and ensure compliance
- Assert rights in technical data and computer software
- Maintain contract records and reporting
- Issue subcontractor RFPs and conduct cost or price analysis
- Develop and monitor a small business subcontracting plan
