About the Role
You will manage contracts from RFP through closeout, structure and negotiate agreements, and serve as the primary contractual contact for customers and partners. You will identify and mitigate risks, support proposals and pricing, ensure FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and audit compliance, and resolve cross-functional contract issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Contracts, or a related field
- 10+ years of contracts experience
- Experience with commercial fixed-price contracts
- Experience with FAR and DFARS flowdowns
- Ability to negotiate complex agreements independently
- Ability to analyze and mitigate contractual risk
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
- Must be a U.S. Person and eligible to obtain required export authorizations
Responsibilities
- Manage contracts through the full lifecycle
- Lead contract structuring and positioning
- Ensure contract documentation, compliance, and audit readiness
- Negotiate terms, pricing structures, and changes with customers, partners, and suppliers
- Identify and mitigate contractual, financial, and operational risks
- Review solicitations and shape proposal strategy
- Ensure FAR, DFARS, ITAR, and internal-policy compliance
- Interpret clauses and ensure proper subcontractor and supplier flowdowns
- Resolve contract issues with cross-functional stakeholders
- Travel between multiple sites as needed
