About the Role

You will manage procurement contract intake, prepare standard agreements, conduct first-pass reviews, and coordinate execution. You will maintain contract records and deadlines, support supplier onboarding, produce reporting, and improve contract-management workflows.

Requirements

  • Paralegal certificate, bachelor's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2–6 years of paralegal or contract-management experience.
  • Knowledge of common commercial agreements.
  • Experience with contract lifecycle management and e-signature tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage procurement contract intake and route matters to appropriate reviewers.
  • Prepare first drafts of standard agreements from approved templates.
  • Review supplier paper and lower-risk agreements and flag deviations.
  • Coordinate execution and e-signature workflows.
  • Maintain contract repository and CLM metadata, dates, and obligations.
  • Track renewals, notice periods, warranties, and other deadlines.
  • Support supplier onboarding diligence and documentation collection.
  • Prepare contract summaries, reports, and dashboards.
  • Maintain templates, clause libraries, and playbooks.
  • Support CLM configuration, workflow automation, and AI-enabled contracting tools.
