About the Role

You will lead the full contract lifecycle, from proposal development and negotiation through execution and closeout. You will negotiate terms with customers, partners, suppliers, and primes; identify and mitigate contractual risks; ensure FAR/DFARS, ITAR, and audit compliance; and advise stakeholders on contract strategy, pricing, and opportunity risk.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Contracts, or a related field
  • 10+ years of contracts experience
  • Experience with commercial fixed-price contracts
  • Experience with FAR/DFARS flowdowns
  • Ability to independently negotiate complex agreements
  • Ability to analyze and mitigate contractual risk
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • U.S. Person status and eligibility for required export authorizations

Responsibilities

  • Manage contracts throughout the full lifecycle from RFP through closeout
  • Lead contract structuring and positioning
  • Negotiate terms, pricing structures, and changes with customers, suppliers, and primes
  • Serve as the primary contractual contact for customers and partners
  • Identify and mitigate contractual, financial, and operational risks
  • Review solicitations and shape proposal and contract strategy
  • Ensure compliance with FAR/DFARS, ITAR, export controls, and internal policies
  • Interpret clauses and ensure appropriate subcontractor and supplier flowdowns
  • Partner with program management, engineering, finance, legal, and compliance
  • Travel between sites as needed
