About the Role
You will review, negotiate, prepare, and analyse legal documents and contracts. You will support strategic projects and corporate compliance under supervision, advise internal departments on legal matters, identify and mitigate legal risks, and monitor relevant regulatory changes.
Requirements
- Law degree with specific knowledge of consumer law and the financial sector.
- 2–3 years of demonstrable experience in legal advisory work or a law firm.
- Strong knowledge of civil and commercial law.
- Experience in payment services or similar is desirable.
- Deep knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.
- Professional English proficiency at a minimum C1 level.
- Advanced Microsoft Office knowledge.
Responsibilities
- Review and negotiate low-risk business contracts, including confidentiality agreements and promotion terms.
- Manage relevant non-critical matters with involved teams, including supplier operations.
- Support the review, negotiation, preparation, and analysis of strategic contracts and projects under supervision.
- Manage corporate compliance for group companies under supervision.
- Advise departments on legal queries and develop sound, creative, business-oriented legal solutions.
- Identify legal risks and propose mitigation actions.
- Monitor relevant legal and regulatory changes and help adapt policies and procedures.
