About the Role
You will build and own government-contract administration and compliance processes. You will manage obligations, proposal compliance, contract changes, renewals, invoicing coordination, and closeout while using AI workflows to analyze solicitations and scale repeatable reviews.
Requirements
- 5+ years of progressively responsible US government-contracts experience
- Experience independently administering federal prime contracts through award, modifications, performance, and closeout
- Experience reviewing solicitations, creating proposal compliance matrices, and coordinating representations, certifications, and mandatory submissions
- Knowledge of FAR/DFARS, IDIQs, task and delivery orders, and subcontract flowdowns
- Experience improving contract processes, templates, or tracking systems
- AI fluency for solicitation analysis, compliance matrices, and obligation management
- Strong cross-functional communication and judgment
Responsibilities
- Own administration and compliance for government contracts
- Maintain a register of contract obligations, owners, deadlines, and registrations
- Extract contract obligations, milestones, and deadlines using AI
- Lead proposal compliance reviews and develop compliance matrices
- Build government-contract policies, procedures, templates, and workflows
- Administer modifications, task orders, subcontracts, flowdowns, renewals, and closeout
- Coordinate contractual invoicing and reporting with Finance
- Translate counsel guidance into repeatable business processes
- Build reusable AI workflows for contract and compliance reviews
