About the Role
You will manage legal intake, contract lifecycle workflows, document repositories, signatures, legal technology, metrics, and vendor coordination. You will support entity management, regulatory compliance, onboarding, and self-service legal resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Legal Studies, Data Science, or a related field
- 4–8 years of legal operations, business operations, contracts management, or similar experience
- System experience as a workflow designer or administrator
- Strong organizational, time-management, and project-management skills
- Professional integrity, discretion, and confidentiality
- Interest in AI tools
Responsibilities
- Own legal intake and triage incoming requests
- Pilot AI-native legal operations approaches
- Maintain automated CLM workflows
- Support AI and MCP-enabled contract-data queries and trend analysis
- Build and maintain the legal document repository
- Manage legal-team onboarding and materials
- Track legal operations metrics
- Support entity management and corporate filings
- Support ESG and regulatory compliance
- Support outside counsel and vendor management
- Coordinate document signatures
- Manage the DocuSign environment
- Arrange notarization
- Build self-service legal process resources
