About the Role
You will own and scale legal operations, including contract lifecycle management, workflows, templates, playbooks, legal intake, governance records, outside counsel relationships, and the legal technology stack. You will build AI-powered agents and automations, review standard agreements, and enable teams to self-serve on legal processes.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of legal operations, paralegal, or contract management experience
- At least 1–2 years of in-house experience at a technology or SaaS company
- Experience implementing or rebuilding a CLM, preferably Ironclad
- Experience designing intake workflows and reporting
- Experience reviewing and redlining commercial agreements on sell-side and buy-side paper
- Experience with AI-assisted legal tools, LLMs, and automation platforms
- Ability to operate autonomously and exercise judgment on legal escalations
Responsibilities
- Drive CLM adoption and enablement for the revenue team
- Optimize workflows, templates, and playbooks
- Review and redact standard agreements and draft from templates
- Build and own structured legal-workstream intake
- Build AI-powered workflows, agents, and automations
- Maintain privacy registers, AI inventory, and compliance calendars
- Train cross-functional teams on self-service tools and escalation paths
- Manage outside counsel relationships and the legal technology stack
