About the Role

You will draft, review, and negotiate high-value commercial agreements and manage enterprise deal negotiations. You will advise on contract structure and legal risk, partner with business functions, use legal technology to improve contracting, and refine templates, playbooks, and operational processes.

Requirements

• J.D. degree from an accredited law school
• Membership in at least one U.S. state bar
• 10+ years of legal experience
• At least 3 years of in-house experience
• Experience drafting and negotiating complex buy-side and sell-side commercial transactions
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate customer, data-center, partner, reseller, distributor, and marketing agreements
• Own and manage enterprise deal negotiations with the AGC
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Finance on commercial deals
• Advise on contract structure and legal risks
• Use legal technology and automation tools to streamline contracting, compliance tracking, and knowledge management
• Improve legal operations, templates, and playbooks
• Provide practical guidance that balances business objectives and legal risk
