About the Role
You will lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and deep-dive sessions with prospective customers. You will own pre-sales and post-sales technical conversations, guide key accounts through deployment and adoption, and design secure, scalable architectures that integrate with customer systems, workflows, and data environments. You will partner with Customer Success Managers, address security, compliance, and data-governance questions, and bring customer feedback into product priorities.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, sales engineering, similar externally facing technical roles, or a mix of software engineering and customer-facing technical roles.
- Experience designing and implementing enterprise solutions in SaaS, cloud, or AI/ML environments.
- Experience partnering with Account Executives and post-sales teams to drive adoption, renewals, and expansion.
- Experience engaging executives and C-suite stakeholders.
- Ability to present complex technical concepts for strategic decision-making.
- Experience engaging customer security, risk, and compliance stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Interest in AI.
Responsibilities

- Represent the customer’s technical perspective in product-roadmap and internal-priority discussions.
