You will work directly with customers across presales, onboarding, adoption, and strategic engagements. You will uncover business problems, design and configure workflows, prototype and test skills, coordinate technical opportunities, lead implementation milestones, and turn repeated needs into reusable solution patterns.

Requirements

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role
• Consultative discovery skills
• Technical fluency with APIs, integrations, authentication, identity, permissions, connectors, data flows, and troubleshooting
• Complex implementation delivery experience
• Solution judgment across configuration, implementation, support, product, and engineering
• Commercial and consumption awareness
• Executive communication
• Experience using frontier models and AI tools

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery with customer and internal stakeholders
• Design workflows across people, data, tools, approvals, permissions, and decisions
• Support technical deal strategy, demonstrations, proofs of value, and security coordination
• Define business outcomes and usage patterns for production adoption
• Configure, prototype, test, and iterate on skills and workflows
• Provide technical consultation during onboarding and adoption
• Establish engagement scope, milestones, success criteria, cadence, and exit criteria
• Validate product and engineering requests with clear evidence and acceptance criteria
• Convert repeated customer needs into reusable workflows and product feedback
