About the Role
You will partner with Account Executives across enterprise sales cycles. You will lead technical discovery, build tailored demonstrations, manage proofs of concept, address security questions, relay customer feedback to Product and Engineering, and create ROI analyses and business cases.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Solutions Consulting experience at a SaaS company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Enterprise technical sales-cycle experience.
- Experience addressing technical and security objections.
- GCP, AWS, or Azure familiarity.
- Python or Java proficiency.
- Experience configuring, monitoring, and maintaining API-based integrations.
- Written and verbal communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Account Executives on complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles.
- Lead technical discovery to understand customer goals, workflows, requirements, stakeholders, and success criteria.
- Create and demonstrate tailored customer environments.
- Plan and manage technical proofs of concept.
- Lead customer-facing technical and security discussions.
- Relay customer feedback and requests to Product and Engineering.
- Develop ROI analyses, business cases, and presentations.
