About the Role
You will partner with technical platform customers to design, prototype, evaluate, launch, and scale AI applications. You will write and debug code, resolve integrations, build evaluation systems, guide technical decisions, run workshops, and turn deployment lessons into reusable guidance.
Requirements
- 8+ years of hands-on technical experience
- Experience leading production-scale AI or ML systems from discovery through deployment
- Knowledge of agent architecture, prompt engineering, context engineering, evaluation frameworks, safety, and security
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, or similar languages
- Experience building production-quality prototypes and reference implementations
Responsibilities
- Embed with technical platform customers to ideate and build API applications
- Build prototypes, pilots, and model evaluations with customer teams
- Guide architecture and deployment decisions involving reliability, safety, security, governance, latency, and cost
- Collaborate with Product and Research teams to validate capabilities and provide feedback
- Publish best practices and share knowledge internally and externally
- Evaluate model capabilities and implementation patterns for customer applications
- Run on-site workshops and implementation sessions
