About the Role
You will guide customers from pre-sales through production deployment, helping them integrate models into their back-end and front-end systems. You will create demonstrations, enablement resources, self-service tools, and documentation. You will collaborate on complex customer projects, contribute to inference and finetuning codebases, and incorporate customer feedback to improve products and model capabilities.
Requirements
- Strong technical background in solution integration architecture
- Strong Python coding skills
- Understanding of software development, software architecture, and integration patterns
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales to support the technical sales process
- Onboard customers and guide them on prompting, evaluation, finetuning, and production integration
- Create technical demonstrations that communicate product value
- Support customers in deploying models to production use cases
- Collaborate on complex customer projects and contribute to open-source inference and finetuning codebases
- Provide technical guidance during pre-sales calls
- Create technical enablement resources for Sales
- Build self-service tools and documentation for customers
- Incorporate customer feedback to improve product and model capabilities
