About the Role
You will lead technical work across the customer lifecycle, from discovery and solution design through deployment, adoption, expansion, and renewal. You will translate requirements into solution designs, create demonstrations and proof-of-value experiences, conduct investigations, build integrations and automation, and advise customers on architecture, APIs, workflows, data movement, and operational use cases.
Requirements
- Several years of experience in financial services, compliance, investigations, fraud, cybersecurity, digital assets, transaction monitoring, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or enterprise product management
- Experience explaining complex technical or operational concepts to different audiences
- Storytelling, presentation, and written communication skills
- Experience solving challenging customer problems
- Comfort with technical tools and learning new technologies
- Ability to work effectively with ambiguous requirements and incomplete information
- Focus on measurable customer outcomes
- Interest in blockchain
Responsibilities
- Partner with account teams across sales, services, customer success, product, and engineering
- Lead customer discovery and identify objectives, pain points, use cases, constraints, and success criteria
- Translate business and operational needs into technical requirements, solution designs, and implementation paths
- Create tailored demonstrations, proof-of-value experiences, and technical narratives
- Conduct blockchain investigations and deliver compliance and regulatory guidance
- Build notebooks, dashboards, automation workflows, data integrations, reference architectures, and agentic workflows
- Develop AI-assisted workflows for investigations, analysis, and customer processes
- Guide customers on solution architecture, API implementation, workflow design, data movement, and integrations
- Drive platform adoption and identify new use cases
- Provide outcome data and adoption analysis for impact reporting and renewal conversations
- Translate customer feedback and feature requirements into product improvements
- Represent the organization at customer meetings, industry events, and conferences
