About the Role
You will collaborate with consulting and technology partners to create packaged AI solutions, reusable agent templates, demos, and solution blueprints. You will build implementation playbooks and technical assets, lead workshops and proofs of concept, and resolve technical blockers with internal and partner teams.
Requirements
- Experience in Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, Forward Deployed Engineering, or a similar customer-facing technical role
- Hands-on experience building AI applications, agents, automations, or enterprise software integrations
- Knowledge of MCPs, APIs, technical architecture, and business-system integrations
- Ability to translate customer problems into practical technical solutions
- Communication skills for technical teams, consultants, and business stakeholders
- Experience with consulting partners, systems integrators, or technology alliances
- Familiarity with LLMs and modern AI tooling
- Experience developing partner solutions, implementation playbooks, or packaged consulting offerings
Responsibilities
- Develop packaged AI solutions and service offerings with partners
- Translate partner expertise and customer workflows into reusable agent templates, demos, and solution blueprints
- Identify repeatable partner use cases
- Create implementation playbooks for discovery, design, deployment, and onboarding
- Build reusable technical assets and reference architectures
- Enable partner delivery teams to implement solutions independently
- Lead technical workshops, solution design sessions, demos, and proofs of concept
- Explain capabilities, integrations, APIs, and the MCP ecosystem
- Address technical blockers with Sales Engineering, Product, and Engineering
- Bring implementation feedback into product and integration priorities
- Support joint opportunities and repeatable solutions
