About the Role

You will own the technical strategy and account plan for a portfolio of customers. You will lead discovery, design secure and scalable AI architectures, guide evaluations and prototypes, coordinate specialists, track adoption and customer outcomes, and translate customer insights into reusable product and architecture guidance.

Requirements

• Significant experience in customer-facing technical roles
• Experience guiding enterprise organizations from technical evaluation through production adoption
• Software and cloud architecture knowledge, including APIs, distributed systems, data integration, identity, security, and privacy
• Knowledge of modern AI systems, LLMs, agentic applications, model evaluation, retrieval, or enterprise AI workflows
• Ability to prototype and work with APIs, SDKs, Python, or JavaScript
• Experience developing technical account plans and prioritizing customer portfolios
• Relevant industry expertise or digital-native business fluency

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for a portfolio of customers and prospects
• Own technical account plans, milestones, adoption priorities, and expansion opportunities
• Lead discovery to identify and prioritize use cases tied to business outcomes
• Develop AI architectures covering models, applications, data, integration, security, privacy, governance, evaluation, and deployment
• Guide technical evaluations, demonstrations, workshops, prototypes, and proofs of value
• Maintain use-case portfolios and adoption plans
• Coordinate support from delivery, implementation, enablement, product, and partner specialists
• Track adoption, usage, account health, production readiness, and customer impact
• Share customer insights with Product, Engineering, and Research
