About the Role
You will embed with strategic customers to lead AI adoption and deliver production applications. You will own technical strategy, guide architecture and discovery, lead advisory engagements, coordinate delivery across workstreams, build agent components, manage stakeholder alignment, and identify repeatable deployment patterns.
Requirements
- System design and problem decomposition
- Senior customer-facing technical experience
- Architecture review or technical leadership experience
- Experience influencing VP and C-level stakeholders
- Experience building and operating production systems
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and agents
- Python proficiency
- Experience with advisory engagements and architecture reviews
Responsibilities
- Own technical strategy for customer accounts or verticals
- Guide architecture and design across concurrent workstreams
- Lead discovery and advisory engagements
- Set architecture and quality standards for partner-delivered engagements
- Review designs and unblock technical decisions
- Align senior technical and business stakeholders on strategy
- Scope, sequence, and deliver end-to-end customer engagements
- Build production applications and agent components with Claude
- Document repeatable deployment patterns
- Identify AI deployment opportunities across customer engagements
- Travel to customer sites
