About the Role
You will lead Applied AI Engineers and deliver critical code for complex enterprise AI projects. You will guide customers from pre-sales through implementation, design scalable AI systems, oversee fine-tuning, RAG, agentic workflows, and LLM applications, and bring customer feedback into product development.
Requirements
- English fluency
- PhD or Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7/8+ years of AI/ML experience
- 2+ years of technical leadership experience
- Experience leading teams delivering complex AI projects
- Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, advanced RAG, agentic systems, and NLP deployment
