About the Role
You will embed with internal stakeholders to understand manual workflows and build applications, automations, and agents that improve operational work. You will scope, build, deploy, measure, and iterate on solutions; create reusable platform components; and ensure systems use trusted data, governance, access controls, and reliable operational practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years building and owning production software
- Staff-level ability to deliver software from ambiguous greenfield charters
- Full-stack engineering skills across interfaces, backend services, APIs, and data layers
- Strong SQL and data-modeling skills
- Ability to work with non-engineering stakeholders and translate processes into tools
- Experience delivering quickly while maintaining correctness
- Experience with LLM agents and automation platforms
- Strong ownership of stakeholder outcomes
Responsibilities
- Embed with stakeholder teams and identify high-leverage workflows for software improvements
- Build interactive applications that read data, apply decisions, and write results to systems of record
- Automate repetitive workflows with pipelines and agents
- Scope, build, deploy, measure adoption, and iterate on solutions
- Create reusable skills, integrations, and UI patterns
- Use sources of truth and maintain governance, access controls, and reliability
