About the Role
You will lead complex customer engagements from discovery and solution design through launch, adoption, and handoff. You will translate business needs into scalable architectures and AI-native workflows, guide technical tradeoffs, coordinate engineering support, and drive customer adoption. You will manage scope, risks, timelines, and stakeholder alignment while coaching architects and developing reusable services practices.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in tech services, consulting, solutions architecture, implementation, customer engineering, or a similar customer-facing role
- Experience translating ambiguous customer goals into workflows, implementation plans, solution architectures, and success criteria
- Consultative discovery skills
- Experience using AI tools to design, prototype, automate, or improve business workflows
- Experience designing and deploying production AI-powered workflows or agents for customers
- Technical depth in data modeling, permission design, API and integration patterns, agent design and evaluation, enterprise security and governance, and data validation with SQL or scripts
- Experience delivering implementations that drive adoption, change management, and customer value
- Project and engagement management skills
- Experience scoping services work, estimating effort, and delivering within commercial boundaries
- Written and verbal communication skills for business, technical, and executive audiences
- Experience coaching consultants or architects and building reusable services methods
- Professional fluency in Korean and English
Responsibilities
- Lead complex customer engagements from scoping and discovery through launch, adoption, and handoff
- Shape services scope, effort estimates, and implementation strategy during pre-sales
- Facilitate discovery and architecture workshops and guide executive decisions
- Design scalable architectures and AI-native workflows, including permissions, AI evaluation, human-in-the-loop controls, and operational ownership
- Decide when to involve Forward Deployed Engineers and coordinate ownership and handoffs
- Lead change management, stakeholder alignment, rollouts, and enablement
- Coach architects and partners and develop reusable reference architectures and packaged solutions
- Turn customer patterns into product signals that influence the roadmap
