About the Role

You will build systems for bills of materials, procurement tracking, receiving, payment reconciliation, manufacturing records, and supplier quality. You will integrate data from vendor communications and documents, create automated workflows, and work with sourcing, quality, factory, and warehouse operators to make operational decisions reliable.

Requirements

• Production experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience building features with LLM APIs, MCP servers, agentic frameworks, and document extraction
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
• Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship independently
• Experience building extensible data models and foundations under deadlines
• Experience gaining credibility with factory, warehouse, or procurement operators
• Product design experience creating intuitive floor and operational workflows

Responsibilities

• Build an order-book system from template and project bills of materials through purchase orders
• Create procurement tracking rules using vendor emails, documents, and contractor purchase orders
• Build receiving, serial-number, inventory, and three-way-match workflows
• Create manufacturing bill, engineering-change, inspection, test, and nonconformance workflows
• Work with sourcing, quality, factory, and warehouse operators to turn their judgment into operational systems
