About the Role
You will act as the named strategic technical advisor for assigned enterprise customers. You will own technical account strategy and roadmaps, lead architecture reviews, guide integrations and AI workflow productionization, deliver technical builds, enable customer stakeholders, and translate customer needs into product feedback and reusable delivery patterns.
Requirements
- Software development experience in at least two of Python, Java, Go, or similar modern languages
- Experience with APIs, SDKs, custom data integrations, and enterprise application architecture
- AI workflow integration and automation experience
- Experience with Skills, agent workflows, MCP, custom actions, custom connectors, Web SDK, Client APIs, and embedded experiences
- Experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot
- AI application architecture experience including ingestion, retrieval, grounded answer generation, and source-aware response design
- Technical debugging skills including log analysis, code analysis, tracing, and distributed-systems troubleshooting
- Networking knowledge including cloud, on-premises, private connectivity, and enterprise security
- Hands-on experience with GCP, AWS, or Azure
- Security, privacy, and audit fluency
- Production-readiness experience covering evals, observability, governance, reliability, and rollback or escalation paths
- Experience in at least two of software engineering, pre-sales engineering, post-sales engineering, professional services, support engineering, forward deployment, or solutions architecture
- Experience serving as named technical owner for strategic or complex enterprise accounts
- 7+ years of relevant technical consulting, solutions architecture, or customer-facing engineering experience
Responsibilities
- Serve as the strategic technical advisor and technical point of contact for assigned customers
- Own technical account strategy, roadmap reviews, and executive technical alignment
- Develop technical roadmaps aligned to customer objectives and success criteria
- Lead architecture reviews and document recommendations, trade-offs, patterns, and ownership
- Guide architecture and implementation choices for connectors, MCP, actions, APIs, SDKs, embeds, and agent workflows
- Define evals, governance, observability, guardrails, and production-readiness requirements
- Design and deliver strategic technical builds and integrations
- Enable customer administrators, developers, and technical stakeholders
- Align technical plans across customer-facing and product functions
- Translate customer friction and deployment blockers into product feedback
- Support customer governance, security, and rollout-readiness reviews
- Create reusable technical programs, blueprints, playbooks, and delivery patterns
