About the Role

You will build systems for fleet telemetry, health checks, incident response, repair workflows, hardware qualification, and facility maintenance. You will create structured procedures, asset records, and operational dashboards. You will work alongside production engineers and facility operators to deliver software used in their next shift.

Requirements

• Production experience with Go, Python, or TypeScript
• Experience building features with LLM APIs, MCP servers, and agentic frameworks
• Experience using AI coding tools such as Claude Code and Cursor
• Ability to identify problems, design solutions, and ship independently
• Experience building extensible foundations under deadlines
• Experience participating in on-call work or working alongside on-call operators
• Product design experience creating intuitive operational interfaces and workflows

Responsibilities

• Build fleet telemetry, health checks, and an API for machine health across Kubernetes and bare metal
• Correlate alarms into incidents with probable-cause information for on-call teams
• Create generated repair and RMA workflows from failure detection through return to service
• Build rack-level hardware qualification, burn-in, and validation workflows
• Own facility asset models, maintenance-system migration, and legacy-tool retirement
• Convert runbooks, training records, and technician qualifications into auditable structured procedures
