About the Role
You will own priority partner integrations from use-case selection through architecture, implementation, evaluation, launch, rollout, and maintenance. You will write production and sample code, build reference implementations and test harnesses, debug identity and agent workflows, review integration architectures, and turn launch findings into durable platform improvements.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of professional software engineering or AI engineering experience
- Experience in customer- or partner-facing roles that scope projects, build MVPs, and execute implementation plans
- Experience building and operating production full-stack products, APIs, backend services, developer platforms, connectors, or integrations
- Understanding of plugins, connectors, coding agents, MCP servers, CLIs, and APIs
- Ability to translate partner feedback into technical plans and product improvements
- Knowledge of OAuth
- Experience with APIs, webhooks, schemas, SDKs, CLIs, MCP servers, or developer-facing integrations
Responsibilities
- Own the technical partner journey from readiness assessment through ongoing maintenance
- Help partners implement browser sign-in, connector-initiated OAuth, and agentic account linking or provisioning
- Write production and sample code, reference implementations, test harnesses, technical guidance, checklists, evaluations, and debugging tools
- Debug identity and agent workflows involving redirects, PKCE/OIDC transactions, token exchange, account mapping, callbacks, latency, retries, logs, traces, and metrics
- Review architectures for API contracts, permissions, consent, secret handling, privacy, reliability, and maintainability
- Run evaluations, dogfood, launch-readiness reviews, staged rollouts, and post-launch investigations
- Improve identity protocols, APIs, SDKs, documentation, tooling, and user-facing consent experiences
