About the Role
You will lead complex enterprise payment integration projects and design scalable, highly available architectures. You will define technical standards, advise stakeholders during pre-sales and delivery, improve reliability and security practices, mentor engineers, influence product direction, and manage critical integration escalations.
Requirements
- 12+ years of software engineering or technical consulting experience
- API integration expertise
- System design and distributed systems expertise
- Solution architecture experience
- Production systems experience
- Enterprise stakeholder engagement experience
- Engineering mentorship experience
Responsibilities
- Deliver complex multi-region enterprise integration projects
- Design scalable, high-availability architectures for global merchants
- Define technical standards across implementation engineering teams
- Advise stakeholders during pre-sales and delivery phases
- Promote reliability, scalability, security, and system-design practices
- Mentor Implementation Engineers
- Partner with Product and Engineering on platform evolution and product design
- Manage critical escalations and integration stability
