About the Role
You will work directly with strategic customers and partners to design, build, and deploy bespoke technical solutions. You will own custom engagements from scoping and architecture through delivery, translate ambiguous requirements into prototypes and production solutions, and share customer insights with product and engineering teams.
Requirements
- Experience building and shipping software end to end
- Ability to work across the stack or use APIs and integrations to deliver solutions quickly
- Exposure to customer or commercial contexts
- Familiarity with enterprise technical integrations and vendor solutions
- Experience using AI tools to accelerate output
Responsibilities
- Design and build bespoke technical solutions for strategic customers and partners
- Own custom engagements from scoping and architecture through delivery
- Translate ambiguous customer requirements into prototypes and production-grade solutions
- Bridge technical and business stakeholders during customer engagements
- Feed customer needs and engagement patterns into the product roadmap
- Represent technical capabilities in customer meetings, workshops, and discovery sessions
