About the Role
You will partner with engineering organizations to identify Codex opportunities, design architectures and evaluation strategies, and deploy AI-powered development workflows. You will build prototypes, integrations, automations, and evaluation systems; lead technical workshops; resolve implementation blockers; and translate deployment insights into product and model feedback.
Requirements
- Experience designing, building, and delivering software or AI systems in enterprise environments
- Experience taking systems from prototype to production
- Python
- Modern software development environments
- Active use of AI coding tools
- Experience evaluating AI coding systems
- Experience with enterprise requirements including reliability, observability, security, privacy, data governance, performance, and cost
- Japanese fluency
- English fluency
Responsibilities
- Identify Codex opportunities and define architectures, implementation plans, evaluation strategies, and success criteria
- Design, build, and deploy AI-powered software development workflows
- Build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, integrations, automations, and production accelerators
- Help customers scale reliable production workflows and developer adoption
- Design systematic evaluations for AI coding systems
- Make technical decisions on models, agents, tools, integrations, reliability, security, and operational readiness
- Diagnose implementation challenges and resolve technical blockers
- Lead technical workshops and hands-on enablement
- Translate deployment insights into product proposals, model feedback, and technical requirements
- Create reusable architectures, tooling, examples, guides, and technical patterns
