About the Role
You will embed with enterprise customers to design, build, and deploy applications and AI workflows. You will architect secure integrations, own technical deployments, resolve blockers, translate customer needs into product feedback, and turn field patterns into templates and requirements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering experience building and deploying production software
- Programming skills across codebases, APIs, and technical environments
- Production experience with LLM applications, retrieval, tool calls, and evaluations
- Experience designing and owning technical systems through production
- Experience driving technical projects independently
- Technical communication and customer-facing experience
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Responsibilities
- Build applications and AI-powered workflows with enterprise customers
- Design secure, scalable enterprise architectures
- Integrate SSO, data warehouses, APIs, and SaaS systems
- Own complex enterprise technical deployments
- Identify blockers and debug technical issues
- Translate customer insights into product and engineering feedback
- Collaborate with product, design, and engineering
- Iterate based on customer feedback and usage data
- Turn field patterns into templates, playbooks, and product requirements
