About the Role
You will serve as a technical bridge for customers across India. You will understand AI and machine learning workloads, guide solution designs, support evaluations and deployments, and troubleshoot hardware and software issues. You will help customers achieve platform performance, conduct demonstrations and proof-of-concept delivery, and travel to customer sites.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience as a Solutions Architect, Field Application Engineer, Application Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar customer-facing technical role focused on AI/ML software and hardware.
- Strong Python programming skills.
- Familiarity with PyTorch and TensorFlow.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, vision models, model deployment, training, or fine-tuning is preferred.
- Experience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying applications in cloud environments.
- Experience installing hardware servers, accelerator cards, and PCIe devices.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with C++, CUDA, parallel programming, or kernel development is a plus.
- English proficiency.
- Eligibility to access U.S. export-controlled technology.
Responsibilities
- Understand customer AI and machine learning workloads.

- Support customer evaluations, deployments, and proof-of-concept delivery.

- Help customers realize AI-platform performance.
- Coordinate with customers, partners, sales, and engineering teams.
- Travel to customer sites for meetings, installations, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery.
- Participate in marketing events and trade shows.
