About the Role

You will lead large-scale robotics integration programs for strategic enterprise accounts. You will design scalable solution architectures, coordinate technical delivery, integrate robotics into enterprise systems, train customer teams, and turn field feedback into product improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field, or equivalent industry experience
• 5+ years of professional experience with a Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years with a Master’s degree in technology integration, robotics, or complex systems engineering
• Experience overseeing high-complexity technical deployments across hardware, software, and operational workflows
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to engineering, operational, and business stakeholders
• Authorization to work in the United States

Responsibilities

• Lead complex multi-site robotics integration programs
• Design scalable solution architectures, infrastructure plans, network integrations, and expansion strategies
• Serve as the primary technical contact for strategic accounts
• Establish Statements of Work and repeatable integration playbooks
• Integrate robotic data and workflows with enterprise systems
• Deliver advanced customer training and value-measurement frameworks
• Systematize customer feedback and field data for internal development
• Mentor field application engineers and integration teams
• Travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time
