About the Role
You will work directly with strategic customers to identify AI transformation opportunities, structure and close flagship engagements, and guide AI agents into production. You will map workflows to AI systems, prototype and demonstrate solutions, collaborate with engineering and executives, and deliver measurable customer outcomes through regular onsite engagement.

Responsibilities
- Understand customer AI transformation goals and pain points
- Own flagship deals from use-case identification through commercial terms and close
- Embed with strategic customers and own delivery outcomes
- Identify high-impact use cases and collaborate on deployment
- Guide customers on agent design, orchestration, and production readiness
- Expand AI solutions into new industries
- Present results and future proposals to technical and executive audiences
- Deliver product demos
- Collaborate with customer engineering and executive teams to achieve production outcomes
