About the Role
You will work with internal teams and partners to turn loosely defined problems into product requirements and working software. You will build pricing and decision engines, data applications, and AI-powered workflows. You will write Python and SQL for analyses, dashboards, and monitoring; integrate external models, APIs, and data sources; and turn prototypes into tested production systems.
Requirements
- Experience working across the product lifecycle from PRD creation to implementation
- Engineering skills in Python
- Understanding of data systems, including SQL, schemas, indexing, partitioning, and performance tradeoffs
- Knowledge of statistical concepts for model evaluation or experience interpreting metrics and distributions
Responsibilities
- Embed with internal teams and partners to turn loosely defined problems into structured PRDs and working software
- Build and maintain internal pricing and decision engines, data apps, and AI-powered workflows
- Write SQL and Python for analyses, dashboards, and monitoring
- Integrate third-party models, APIs, and data sources
- Map, transform, and validate integrated data
- Prototype in notebooks and scripts and harden successful work into tested production systems
