About the Role

You will serve as the technical advisor to health-sector partners from discovery through deployment. You will scope use cases, build and demonstrate Claude-based solutions, guide security and procurement reviews, run trainings, create reusable assets, and share field insights with Product and Research.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in customer-facing technical roles
Experience working with public health agencies, ministries of health, global health, humanitarian organizations, or similar public institutions
Experience building with LLM APIs
Ability to prototype a working demo
Written and spoken communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with technology adoption and governance in complex organizations

Responsibilities

Advise health partners from discovery through deployment
Scope use cases and define measures of success
Design and demonstrate solutions using Claude and its API
Guide security review, data governance, and procurement
Run workshops, trainings, and tabletop exercises
Build reusable reference designs, connectors, prompts, and evaluation templates
Share partner insights with Product and Research
Travel to partner sites
