About the Role
You will lead end-to-end AI solution delivery for physics and engineering customers. You will run discovery, prioritize use cases, create AI roadmaps and solution architectures, develop ROI and scoping materials, and manage programs from design through adoption. You will lead testing, training, change management, developer enablement, value tracking, and feedback to product, science, and engineering stakeholders.
Requirements
- Advanced university degree in physics, engineering, or IT
- 5+ years as a technical project manager in a relevant industry
- Software development and machine learning experience
- Experience with numerical simulations for physics and engineering
- Python coding proficiency
- Knowledge of surrogate models, PDE solvers, FEM or CFD acceleration, inverse problems, and differentiable simulation
- Knowledge of SaaS, VPC, on-premises, and hybrid deployment patterns
- Security and compliance knowledge
- Experience with agile project management methodologies
- Experience managing C-level stakeholders
Responsibilities
- Run technical discovery sessions
- Identify and prioritize customer use cases
- Create AI roadmaps and high-level solution architectures
- Build ROI models, value propositions, scoping documents, and SOW inputs
- Own delivery from discovery through adoption
- Establish account governance and operating cadences
- Manage priorities, milestones, risks, scope, and change
- Lead user testing, training, change management, and developer enablement
- Track value realization and report to executive sponsors
- Feed field learnings and product gaps to Product, Science, and Engineering
