About the Role

You will own customer deployment lifecycles, from architecture and initial deployment through upgrades, scaling, and incident support. You will design deployment strategies, maintain runbooks and automation, work through security and compliance requirements, and translate customer infrastructure needs into practical deployment plans.

Requirements

• 4+ years of infrastructure, DevOps, platform engineering, or solutions architecture experience
• Customer-facing deployment experience
• Experience with AWS, Terraform, container orchestration, and cloud networking
• Experience managing deployments in customer-owned cloud environments
• Knowledge of security reviews, compliance requirements, and change management
• Operational knowledge of upgrades, rollbacks, monitoring, and failure modes

Responsibilities

• Design and implement deployment strategies across customer environments
• Manage infrastructure deployment, upgrades, scaling, and incident support
• Develop runbooks, upgrade procedures, and automation tooling
• Ensure the platform is deployable across customer requirements
• Work with customer platform, security, and DevOps teams
• Scope infrastructure requirements during pre-sales and onboarding
