About the Role
You will lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and proofs of value alongside Sales. You will design, configure, deploy, and tune customer-specific solutions; support integrations; monitor adoption and product health; investigate using the platform; and resolve technical, compliance, analytical, and operational questions. You will translate field requirements and data gaps for Product and Engineering teams while serving as a trusted technical advisor.
Requirements
- Experience working in or directly with banks, cryptocurrency exchanges, payment processors, or blockchain developers
- Practical understanding of compliance, investigative, and risk workflows
- Practitioner experience in investigations, compliance, fraud, risk, or security
- Technical generalist background with REST API integration experience and familiarity with SQL data structures
- Enterprise SaaS account or customer management experience
- Commercial awareness and experience partnering with Sales on renewals and expansion
- Ability to communicate with technical and executive audiences
- Fluency in English
Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales as the technical lead for discovery, demonstrations, proofs of value, and solution development
- Design customer-specific solutions for deploying and integrating Chainalysis products
- Guide customers through technical challenges from architecture to code implementation
- Own the post-sale customer experience by configuring, deploying, and tuning products
- Enable customer teams to become self-sufficient
- Drive adoption by onboarding customers, monitoring usage and product health, and tuning rules and alerts
- Map customer workflows to investigation, compliance, security, and data analysis capabilities
- Investigate and analyze activity using Chainalysis tooling to surface actionable insights
- Resolve technical, compliance, analytical, and operational customer questions
- Translate technical requirements and field data gaps to Product and Engineering teams
- Identify business opportunities and expand private-sector customer relationships
