About the Role
You will work closely with legal customers to identify valuable use cases, prototype solutions, and deliver production AI systems. You will own technical delivery from discovery through adoption, write production code, guide customer adoption, and convert successful deployments into reusable patterns.
Requirements
- 5+ years of software engineering, ML engineering, or technical deployment experience with customer-facing ownership
- Experience owning complex AI or data-driven systems from scoping through production adoption
- Experience writing and reviewing production-grade backend and frontend code using Python, JavaScript, or comparable stacks
- Experience deploying LLM or generative-model systems
- Knowledge of model evaluation and guardrails
- Legal technology, legal services, compliance-heavy workflow, or professional-services experience is helpful but not required
Responsibilities
- Embed with law firms and legal teams to identify high-value use cases
- Build full-stack systems that deliver customer value
- Guide customer adoption of delivered systems
- Make delivery trade-offs across scope, speed, and quality
- Contribute directly to production code
- Codify working patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, and building blocks
- Share field feedback with Research and Product
