About the Role
You will serve as a technical bridge between customers and internal stakeholders across Southeast Asia. You will understand AI and machine-learning workloads, guide evaluations and deployments, troubleshoot hardware and software issues, develop solutions, and travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept delivery.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years of experience with AI hardware and software technology
- Have experience in a customer-facing technical role focused on AI or machine-learning software and hardware
- Demonstrate strong Python programming skills
- Be familiar with PyTorch and TensorFlow
- Have experience designing scalable AI solutions and deploying cloud applications
- Be able to install, move, and repair servers, accelerator cards, and PCIe devices
- Hold a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled technology
