About the Role
You will lead the technical strategy, execution, and delivery of complex enterprise AI solutions. You will remain hands-on with coding, reviews, and optimization; lead Applied AI Engineers; guide customers from pre-sales through implementation; and design scalable systems using fine-tuning, RAG, agentic workflows, and custom LLM applications.
Requirements
- Fluency in English
- PhD or Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Computer Science, or a related field
- 7/8+ years of AI/ML experience
- 2+ years in a technical leadership role focused on AI products or enterprise solutions
- Experience leading teams to deliver complex AI projects from prototyping to production
- Expertise in fine-tuning LLMs, advanced RAG, agentic systems, and deploying NLP applications at scale
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and modern AI frameworks such as LangChain and Hugging Face
- Software engineering skills including API design, backend/full-stack development, and system architecture
- Technical communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Responsibilities
- Deliver critical code for complex AI projects and de-risk key technical areas
- Review and optimize AI solutions
- Lead and mentor Applied AI Engineers
- Lead technical pre-sales discussions and translate customer requirements into solutions
- Design and oversee complex AI systems, including fine-tuning, RAG, agentic workflows, and custom LLM applications
- Identify emerging AI trends, evaluate tools and methodologies, and champion deployment best practices
- Integrate customer feedback into product development with product managers, researchers, and engineers
