About the Role
You will work directly with enterprise customers to identify AI opportunities and deliver production systems. You will build and debug code, prototypes, evaluations, and integrations; guide architecture and operational decisions; help customers scale adoption; and create reusable technical guidance.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience delivering AI or machine-learning systems from prototype to production in enterprise environments
- Substantial personal contributions to code, architecture, evaluation, debugging, or production engineering
- Proficiency in Python
- Ability to work across an AI application stack
- Experience evaluating AI systems systematically
- Knowledge of enterprise integrations, reliability, observability, security, privacy, data governance, performance, and cost
Responsibilities
- Partner with enterprise customers to create technical architectures, implementation plans, evaluation strategies, and success criteria
- Design, build, and deploy AI systems that solve customer problems
- Build prototypes, evaluation harnesses, reference implementations, integrations, and production accelerators
- Make technical decisions across models, agents, retrieval, reliability, observability, safety, security, and governance
- Diagnose implementation challenges and drive blockers to resolution
- Help customers progress from prototypes to reliable production systems
- Create reusable architectures, tooling, playbooks, and technical guidance
