About the Role
You will configure Salesforce declaratively, triage and resolve support tickets, deploy changes, support user acceptance testing, and maintain documentation. You will lead intake and discovery, write requirements and estimates, refine the backlog, document processes, and assess cross-system workflow trade-offs.
Requirements
- Five or more years of hands-on Salesforce configuration experience
- Salesforce Certified Administrator certification
- Advanced Administrator or Business Analyst certification
- Business analysis

Responsibilities
- Configure Salesforce objects, fields, validation rules, flows, page layouts, permission sets, formulas, and roll-up summaries
- Triage and resolve inbound support tickets
- Deploy changes from sandbox to production
- Support user acceptance testing and signoff processes
- Maintain system documentation
- Propose system and process enhancements
- Lead project intake and discovery sessions
- Write requirements and level-of-effort estimates
- Refine the backlog into sprint-ready work
- Gather requirements across Salesforce and connected tools
- Document business processes and improvement opportunities
